For Your Eyes Only - Clump Shots
Comments (6)Nice looking clump shots. I like For Your Eyes Only the best. Isn't it wonderful to still have all those buds left on your flowers. That means you will be posting more shots of these great daylilies. Tom...See MoreVery busy day; Some clump shots
Comments (21)Gee, I thought I had answered later posters, but I guess not. Thanks to all of you who have commented on the clumps...Clown Parade has done beautifully for me for the first year, Dick, I have the sibling, Marilyn Lee Boch, but while it does well, Clown Parade is the better plant here. Billi, it seems odd that you will be getting warm when we cool off, but that is the way it is. Mantis, you know I have whined continuously about all of the weeding I've had to do; thank you. Debra, I figure I have to kill a plant three times before I give up on it. Hope AL works for you this time. Maryl, I wish that was Bermuda grass you saw. That bed has been weeded but not mulched , so I have to continually weed until it is mulched...that stinking grass is closs to a nut grass...requires digging out, but that is just a leader and I can pull it back. To all who like Philistine Champion, it is another wonderful plant. Julia, if you read this, how is your doing? kay...See MoreSome Clump Shots, FFOs, and FFE
Comments (11)Little Light of Mine is so massive! Is it just one clump? Or did you divide it and plant mini clumps together? It definitely wins the prize for most amazing clump. All the other clumps are gorgeous, especially Purple Honey Creeper and Shake the Mountains. Your pink prettiness clump is fabulous, but I don't think the name is Visual Appeal. I like your apricot Nectar of the Gods too! Debra...See MoreMore Clump shots and a couple FFEs
Comments (16)Thank you all for looking and commenting. Brad,, I am going to try the sand. If it works I will be blessing you forever. Debra, I fell in love with your blooms on Stenciled Infusion. and so, I have it. And , it is is lovely. This is the first year Bullfrog Kisses had put up several scapes, Nancy, but I like it....it is a huge bloom. Kate, it has already reached 90 here...and yes, we have to be early from now on probably with the heat...they are talking possible record heat. Sherry, I think everything is early this year. Maryl, PC usually does well for me, and I like it, it is huge. I hope you are staying safe...don't know if you are in the weather zone, but feared it. Thank you, Julia, I love garden shots when people post them, and I like to take them to get that view of what the garden is doing. Thank you, Laura. It is the first year for me, and I won't have much bloom, but it is the "sleep year " for us. kay...See MoreBrad KY 6b
