“RbA product manager, Tony D, was very professional, thorough, and patient. He answered all questions during his presentation and afterwards via email. I purchased 5 windows and the installation guys gave me a rundown on what they are doing to remove the old windows, install the new windows, training on operating the windows, clean up, and a walk-through on what they did. The window price is high but the windows are solid, durable, and, so far, working great. I would rate them 5 stars but their prices brought it down a notch.”

“Our entire 2 story house has Renewal By Andersen windows and we couldn't be happier. They perform as advertised which is rare these days. They also service what they sell. We had a patio door that needed a slight adjustment and they came out and readjusted it so it works like new again. Would I buy windows/patio doors from Renewal By Andersen of Wyoming again? Absolutely! Also a tip of our hat to Jim Bob Weil, the project manager for a great job explaining the choices in windows, glass, etc.. It made our selection fit our needs exactly.”

“professional and courteous. one of the locks for the window was damaged and the installer came back and on his own time replaced it. the house was kept clean during the installation. the sales team was quick and answered my many questions. the plan and dates were adhered to . everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. . I would recommend them to anyone looking for windows”

“Renaissance installed four large Low-e Infinity windows with SDLs in our home. The windows were expensive- but not the most expensive option. We checked several companies and decided Infinity was the best price/quality option. We are very happy with the quality and look of the windows. Looking forward to seeing how much heat they keep out in the summer- they face West. The Renaissance guys did a wonderful job with the install- which I know is critical. The two guys were very professional, came on time, went right to work and knew what they were doing. We'll hire again when we decide to replace the other windows.”
