He responded promptly to our initial request for information, and that promptness continued throughout the project--in communication, arriving at our house for the bid and for work, and in the completion of the project itself. He takes pride in his work and strives for excellence in his product. He took care to be sure he understood exactly what we wanted, even bringing tack-welded pieces for our approval or revision. He was happy to make an adjustment so the railings would be exactly what we wanted both functionally and visually. We are very happy with his work. The railings are both beautiful and sturdy. “Schultz Ornamental Iron puts out a great product. They came out and looked at what I needed, took measurements, and gave me a price for the completed job. They then created a gate that matched my existing iron railing within a month including power coating. Their craftsmanship was great and they matched it almost perfectly. They also came back out to my house to deliver and insulted the gate within a few hours. Job well done and price was very good.”
