I'd paint it the same color as the walls. You already know that color looks good, the vanity will recede, and the tile will remain the star of the show. Shiny chrome knobs.

I’d pick the darkest gray in the backsplash. It appears you have a whimsical decor vibe so I’d pick a color from the backsplash above the mirror for knobs.

Here I tried to pull colors from the tile. I think a darker color like these grounds the cabinet because the tile is dominant. Get pulls with some bling.

If the vanity is too pale, the countertop could fight it.

Sorry not a paint color. I used my color select on one of your gray tiles that was a taupey gray in the photo, and filled in the vanity lighter or darker.
