The initial consultation time was short and to the point. There was no pressure from him during the consultation and just wanted to make sure he was able to provide the information and answer the questions we had. Turn around time was quicker than expected to get the windows manufactured. The installers were very courteous with the kids in online home school and a dog that's nervous around strangers. The installers did a great job installing the windows, explaining any issues they ran into. The windows are such an upgrade and really is amazing how much more light comes through them. Now we are budgeting to get the rest of the windows replaced and will for sure have Brightside Home Solutions replace them.”

“East Portland Sash & Carpentry got great online reviews, so we called for a free estimate for repairs on some of the wonderful, original windows in our 1907 Craftsman home. Stephen did a full-house assessment of all of our windows, taking detailed notes and sharing his deep knowledge of period architecture and engineering. We then got a detailed estimate from the company, using an online portal that made it extremely easy to choose the scope of the project, and to pay our deposit. Stephen contacted me in a timely manner to schedule the work, and the work itself was completed quickly and with AMAZING quality. Though we technically should do "touch-up painting" now, we hardly feel the need, since the team so skillfully handled the wood trim that you can hardly tell it had been touched. Our windows now work much better, and we will be hiring these guys again when we are ready to do the next phase of our window work. If you are looking for cheapy-cheap, you will want to go elsewhere; but for high-quality artisan work at a fair price, this is a great company to go to. They really know their stuff.”

I asked him for suggestions on how I could save money. He gave me options. Both showers were affordable and look high end. The installer was friendly and skilled, my walls were a little skewed and he made adjustments so the glass worked. I'm a happy camper. BEAUTIFUL!.
